CWHWC Is Moving

As you may have heard, CWHWC is moving to a new home located in the shared space of South Hill Family Health Centre (SHFHC) and South Community Birth Program (SCBP). Both these programs are committed to LGBTQ2S communities and are generously donating space for twice monthly clinics at their new site. Similar to our arrangement with REACH, CWHWC clinics and other activities will remain completely separate from clinic operations of SHFHC and SCBP. We will join them in their new site at Kingsway and Inverness in the new year.Unfortunately, due to the REACH relocation, we need to be out of the current space by the end of November.
This means we won’t be able to hold clinics during the month of December.Current clients should email doctor@cwhwc.com or call: 604-442-4352 for any non urgent concerns during the month of December.
For urgent concerns, please go into a walk in clinic or emergency room, as appropriate. Clinic dates for January and the rest of 2016 as well as accessibility information for the new site, will be posted as soon as possible.Thanks for your patience and understanding. We’re looking forward to welcoming you into our new space in the new year.
