Organizational Structure

The Catherine White Holman Wellness Society is a non-profit organization that is part of a networked community of helping professionals who prioritize the autonomy and dignity of transgender and gender diverse people.
The Society is run by a team of Centre Organizers, as well as a Board of Directors. The Centre Organizers are responsible for organizing the clinics, hiring volunteer staff, and any other tasks that make the clinics run smoothly. Many of the Centre Organizers are also practitioners at the clinic.
The Board of Directors manage the legal and financial side of the Society. Because we strive to be a centre run by and for transgender and gender diverse people, all of these positions are primarily held by transgender and gender diverse people. To keep our services low-cost, everybody volunteers their time.
We would not be able to operate without the help of our Community Partners. These folks volunteer their time and services to help improve the health and wellness of trans and gender diverse people.  The Community Partners provide crucial feedback into the ways in which our Centre is run. Many of our Community Partners identify as trans or gender diverse.
We exist to serve trans and gender diverse clients in a manner that is welcoming, accessible, respectful, and inclusive. As such, we strive to be community-driven, by actively collecting feedback from the clients we serve about ways we can improve.
